Biography

Benny brings 15 years of experience in running global markets businesses, as well as managing financing risks of complex financing transactions for global investment banks, including Barclays Capital, Citigroup and Deutsche Bank.
Most recently, Benny was the Head of APAC Complex Prime Brokerage for Deutsche Bank, primarily focused on the financing of structured products and illiquid assets. Based out of Hong Kong, he also ran the funding team in the Prime Brokerage division, which traded Equities, Rates, FX and Credit products. In the 15 years of his career in investment banking, he has run teams in both Tokyo and Hong Kong, covering the entire Asia Pacific region.
Outside of traditional finance, Benny also brings valuable experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain. He is the founder of Fractal Staking, as well as a blockchain advisor to a fintech startup. His company has been directly involved in the development of a multi-chain decentralized application.
